20NL speed: giving up in a 3B pot

I don't have many hands on the BTN but on what I have I think he's a reg.
Is it ok to just give up in this spot or would you prefer a cbet (but then how do we continue on the turn)?

Hey CamboCat,

Preflop 3b for value is good.

Pretty bad flop texture for us, hand is close between a x/c and a x/f.

When BTN checks back I would likely go ahead and 2barrel expecting to get most of villain's range to fold. Tx will probably call 2 streets, and FD's that hit river will call, but the rest of his range is folding.
