Hello there, I ve received a mail from PS saying that I was eligible for a second free bankroll on NetBet. So I ve downloaded he software through PS and I ve also made a deposit. Unfortunately I haven't put the vip code in, I really haven t seen it and this is so bad because the promotion was the reason why I made the deposit. Can we do anything to fix it, guys? Hi Nicholas - I'm not sure anything can be done, but I suggest you open a ticket ASAP with PokerStrategy.
You can find it under Home --> Help --> Write a Ticket (near bottom of page)
