Welcome to PokerStrategy! You don't indicate which game/format you are playing so it is difficult to answer your question. Good VPIP and PFR ranges also vary if you are playing a tournament since the action gets forced the higher the blinds are.
My recommendation would be to have a look at the strategy articles and videos available. There are some for basic, but to get more content you'll want to upgrade your status. Once you have bronze status, you have it for life and can post pics/graphs in the forums as well as use the community tool to message other members directly.
There are two ways to upgrade your status:
- Take advantage of one of the Free Money Offers at one of PokerStrategy's Partner Poker Rooms and start earning strategy points. Just 1 point will give you bronze!
- Buy your status in the shop
