Am i correct to call pre flop raise as i am getting 4.8 to 1 odds (17%), 17% is how ofthen i need to win to make this call profitable in this particular hand am i right?
I have put the opponent ranges into equity calculator and it has shown that k7o has 24% equity against their ranges, so this makes my theory true that I actually missed value in the long run by folding ?

No, I would definitely not call this hand. You can make an argument for calling suited hands, but definitely not this trash Kx. Just fold pre. Odds are great, but the times you are gonna hit 2 pair or better is extremely tight. Much tighter than 17%. You have 24% equity maybe if you go to the river. Which is not gonna happen often at all.
