we should look how wide he is pushing from SB vs BB. If it's more then 38% than we can make +EV call. But he looks for me fishy guy vs him I'd rather make fold

If you think villain is going to push wider, than call is fine. If he is pushing tighter than ~36-38%, than we should fold.
