Pre-flop is a loose raise I think from UTG+1, but I’m a nit, if you get called or raised you could be dominated and you play most of the time hand OOP.

I’m most likely C-betting with 3rd nut flush- and straight draw around half pot against 2 players. As played looks his bet weak with his little bit more than 1/4 pot bet. So a raise is not so bad here to fold some Tx or weaker hands, but prefer a raise of at least 500. So he will fold that kind of hands more often.

Turn is close, but now you have some showdown value and I don’t think he will fold to often now on a bet and is difficult to get value. So I check here with the draw and her-evaluate his bet or river.

I don't see how the 9 turn changes anything except giving you more outs. The only hands you beat turn that had you beaten flop are AcXc hands and maybe AJ/AQ. I'll rarely put Villain on 88-, he most likely has Kx or Tx or some draws.
If I XR flop, I'll always B this turn otherwise Villain is going to bet almost all the time and it's a mandatory XF in that case. I bet because I want him to fold Tx and draws.

River is probably the worst card you could get for a 3rd barrel. if Tx called turn, he'll never fold.

Your raise is way too small! I don't think i 2nd barrel turn. I think ch/r is way better because you might to able to get some 10x and kx hands to fold that bet/f!
as played with sd-value don't bluff river. he wont fold a kx nor a 10
