flop if you know that he's aggro (but with a small sample it's hard to say), I like x/r because w/ all his draws he's gonna call
as played river I think it's better check because without info that he's a wide calling range here (that includes at least all 2p) there aren't worst hands with which he will call, all the busted draw that he can have here fold
maybe you can check for inducing against all his bd (obv if he has set hitted on the flop (but he probably have raised it before) you loose). imo it depends all about his value/ bluff betting range ratio here

Checkraise allin is also reasonable to maximize your value from busted draws. I do expect him to bet qq-aa himself really often. U might lose value if he checks back overpairs or QX.

However, i dont like your decision to lead. We have no reason to expect him to check back super often on the flop and thus going for a F checkraise or a F checkcall T checkraise is probably better
