MP: $10.53 (105.3 bb)
CO: $15.60 (156 bb)
BTN: $22.91 (229.1 bb)
SB: $10.03 (100.3 bb)
Hero (BB): $10.63 (106.3 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K A
2 folds, BTN raises to $0.20, SB folds, Hero raises to $0.70, BTN calls $0.50

Flop: ($1.45) 9 3 T (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $0.70, Hero folds

think pre is standard, would it be bad to cbet here with overcards on dry board? or is it ok to check-fold here?

I think checkfold is too weak.

I would often consider checkcalling this, or at the very least cbet w this hand.

T9Xr isnt as bad as T97ss.

I would encourage u to calculate the equity of AK vs his preflop call3b range on this T9X flop and see how well u are faring. U probably have somewhere between 40-50% equity which means that checkfold is way too weak.
