Preflop: Looking back at my chart, QTs is actually slightly outside of the normal recommended cold-calling range SBvsBTN. However, he makes it 2.5x and I felt comfortable playing the hand.
Flop: We flop strong and I am confident that he will likely fire a cbet. His sizing has me assuming he either has overpair or strong draw. Perhaps he normally cbets high on boards like that? Not 100% sure. What I wonder is, should we check-raise here? Or just call, if we put him on a strongish range. I have opted to call in this hand.
Turn: I thought this was an interesting card. I felt I could easily enough represent a draw by taking a check-raise line. At the micros, turn-checkraise seems to rep a super strong range but I wanted to take my chances that he would put me on a draw... or that he had a big draw himself. When he shoves it is a trivial call.
Overall, I would like advice about how to construct a range for villain in this spot. Also, did we extract max value given that he could have also shown up with a wide range of hands because of BTN aggression?
