If he is with low fold to 3bet and high 4bet and if he is quite aggro post flop then why do we make that 3bet with that kind of a hand?

Kind of tough to evaluate an overall 3bet strat based on one hand alone so I will say it's fine to include this hand in a 3bet strat just depends on how you construct that range. It's really all about which action yileds the most EV. I would argue that flatting this will be the highest EV vs described open but we could obv disagree. As played our hand is in a very marginal spot, his RFI of 24% is quite low, meaning his initial opening range is quite tight to begin with. However the 3bet calling range oop is typically full of high cards more so than low cards. Which some of his backdoors have made a flush now but it's silly to assume he would float with one bdfd and not the other 2. It's also fairly tough for him to have 8x which I'm assuming could value bet if he made the assumption you never x back flush draws and/or strong hands and that assumption might be correct but I don't know how you play the turn. Anyways the point being you have a pair in a spot where after x back you look quite weak and are getting a really good price. Click call.

As a side note, I would be using his RFI, fold to cbet over 3 streets combined with WTSD and W$@SD + my overall impression of the player to make my decision here.
