his preflop open riase and float stats are on low side, which is why I would fold river. Also AK is imo a bad blocker, you block so many potential bluffs on both turn and river, but you block very few value hands. So I think call turn fold river is ok, and you should have some 9x hands that call that river.

I generally put this hand in my flop x/c range. Villain doesn't bet especially often, but at least this means we get a free turn frequently.

Apparently the guy doesn't bet turn super frequently on turn vs missed turn cbet, so actually pretty close to a x/f on the turn. X/c turn x/f river is probably ok though, we have equity still even vs his value range.
