I think flop is good. His play indicates a flushdraw, but since he looks like a regular, I don't see many hands that call preflop and now have a flushdraw, except AcJc-AcKc, which he would sometimes 3bet preflop, and KcQc. He probably doesn't have a backdoor flushdraw with two overs because I don't believe he would call that on the flop with another player behind. I also expect him to raise sets. So, imo, from his play on the flop, I would say it's more likelly A-high or K-high flushdraw, than a set, but he also might have something like TT-JJ.

This turn card hits the part of his flop calling range, but it's also a good scare card for his overpairs and he still have outs with KcQc. We also have a flushdraw ourselves now, so I think cbetting is good. When he raised, I would exclude TT-JJ and KcQc, so he mostly has A-high flushdraw, but I would rather check/call if I was him. Since we have a flushdraw and a pair, I think calling is good, with the intention of folding the river unimproved.

The river is tricky. Flushdraws missed and we hit Two Pairs. I would certainly call the normal size bet. This size, I'm not sure because it's often a sign of a very good hand. On the other hand, we gave him the range which doesn't have a hand better than TP now, but would he do that with just a TP? Can he really expect us to call worse? It's a really tough spot, but I would probably also make a crying call.
