How do you play this spot in general vs unknown? Here I had QQ on Ahigh flop but it's the same of KK on Ahigh flop or QQ on Khigh flop

It's all about ranges. What do you expect CO to call here with? better yet, what do you know about CO?
Villain called CO vs MP so he is generally not very wide unless he is a fish. So Ax is possible (ATs+, AJo+), lots of pairs and some broadways that don't connect.
So betting small, like half pot would be a good start. And then playing turn/river (definitely not 3-streets of value).

When you've said playing t/r, did you mean x/c T & R, bet T x/c R or what else?
Good spot to bluff catch. You can easily x/c flop because then villain can bet hands that will fold to a cbet, thus you get value from his bluffs. Some players will bet small pocket pairs here as well just to take the pot down.
What do you think his range is gambler?
Generally with a bet small you let him see the turn with a wide range so you'd want to give him a chance to do something with that wide range, such as floating you (so yes, we'd check).
