I dont think fold is an option here, but i guess its better to just call his raise to keep his bluffs in. Obviously it depends on sizing used to the turn, opponent, dynamics and so on..

I bet like 80% he seemed to bluff lot but not with check raises like 2-3 barrel bluffing

well deep play is pretty tricky, so my best advice here is to just leave table when you are like 130 bbs or more deep. dunno how ggood is your skill, but theres no reason why to struggle with deep play when you diddnt mastered 100bb deep play yet. here is ridiculous example why people should not do that in hand i just played

but given fact that your hand is possibly from live play where you cant just leave table and come back with 100bbs id just go with my previous advice: just calling turn and calling river (valuebeting ofc when he checks)

Right attitude! That´s the way to go.

Concerning your hand, it depends on the stack-to-pot ratio by the turn. If you are still very deep after his reraise, and suspect he is heavily weighted towards the nuts, it could make sense to pot-control if you are willing to fold on the river, e.g. when he pushes on a paired board or massively overbets and you know he will only do that with the nuts etc. It also depends on your respective positions and the according ranges. When you are in position you can pot control way easier. Generally, though, I think shoving is right, especially if SPR-wise any river bet is all-in anyway, because you want value from worse flushes yourself and charge sets to draw to their 10 outs. Many people won´t fold any flush or set on the turn no matter how deep. If you consider him a player who might actually fold a worse flush or a set if he is not priced in, then calling to keep his bluffs and worse valuehands in is an option, but then you will have to call a river bet as well... Actually against most people you want to play for stacks with a hand at the top of your range in this spot, I would say. It is a bit of a cooler if he has NF.
