0.25 45 man vs big stack, defending with AJo

villian 26/17 over 93 hands - i'm 3/15 in standing and they are 2/15.

Preflop i think i'm ahead of their range but dont want to play inflated pot with AJ oop, against big stack.
post flop i think board is scary for high cards, and if i check i have to fold to cbet - so take a stab.

is my play ok?

I play on the same limit and with that stats from BU they usually raise with lots of things. Personally on that board i just check and see what he is going to do. Most of the time if he hit the board he'll call all the way.

Hi all,

3bet wide for value at the lower stakes. You should 3bet this hand to ~1100 preflop and take it from there. As played it's best to check/call the flop with your 2 overcards rather than leading out with low equity vs his call range.
