Stats on villain (229 hands): 25/21, attempt to steal 43, fold to 3bet 67% (6/9), fold to cbet 57%, fold to turn cbet 25%
Pre-Flop: Kinda outside of my normal 3betting range. I am trying to expand my comfort zone with this sort of thing however, and with his fold to 3bet stat I thought I would give this a go. After the hand I saw that his att to steal wasn't particularly high however, and PT4 had noted that he calls 3bets in position with a range of JJ, AQs, T9s, so I should really have looked at that during the hand.
Flop: We flop well here so I am betting for value, I think there's a lot he can continue with.
Turn: Same as flop, though I make the sizing a bit higher, perhaps not enough still given the double flush draw.
River: I don't want to fire a third barrel and get raised... hand is a little too strong to fold here unless he really smashes it. I felt check/call was okay and when he makes a significant bet I think we have to call considering the way the hand has played out? He could have QQ, 99 or a flush... but there are so many other combos that we beat aren't there? TT, JJ, KQ, QJ, AQ....
