was wondering what win rates are ideal/standard for micros in all positions for a winning player? Mine is below.

few years ago, it was possible small blind 0bb/100hands , big blind -20bb/100hands at 5NL.
Your winrates are descent but you are missing a TON on the Button, 35 is definately normal and 40+bb/100 is perfectly achievable. You winrate on the button is ridiculously low
Winrate is different according to how many tables u play and what limit. Between NL5 and NL10 is a big difference.
So micros in general is not same. Also depends on the sites too.
Here is mine. I play only NL5 on pokerstars.

NL2: 40bb/100
NL5: 26bb/100
NL10: 18bb/100
NL25: 13bb/100
NL50: 11bb/100
NL100: 9bb/100

NL5: 17bb/100
NL10: 12bb/100
NL25: 8bb/100
NL50: 6bb/100
NL100: 4bb/100

Thats all the hold'em I have played this year at NL2 FR. The BB may be a real cause for concern from me but the sample is only 10k or so hands. I beat 2NL at 15BB/100 or 30bb/100.
In PLO these are my win rates at all 2PLO, I beat this at 20BB/100 or 40bb/100. (small, I mean very small sample though.)

Hi Whitewalker have been following your plo posts recently, I think losing from the blinds in PLO is pretty normal though.
Ur WR is totally good,except BU,show more focus and work a bit more out of tables about this pos.

I doubt 3,62bb/100 can be considered decent stats. Thats micro stakes after all. You should reduce amount of tables.

Dont consider myself "elite player" not at all, but i've got better winrate on NL100 than had on Nl50

I would have preffered not to mix the stakes as you did here because you can't get to any conclusions by watching this.
