i think he would continue this part of range

so he'll fold only ~20% of his hands to cbet on flop (which otherwise would pay us).
Now i see that checking/calling the flop would be better move. and giving up on turn after second barrel.
But as played should i have called turn ? if yes how could I continue on river?
