Hero (BTN): $2.03
SB: $2.00
BB: $1.00
UTG: $3.18
MP: $2.49
CO: $2.29

Pre Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BTN with K :diamond: Q :club:
1 fold, MP raises to $0.06, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.06, 2 folds

Flop: ($0.15) 9 :club: 5 :diamond: J :spade: (2 players)
MP checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($0.15) Q :diamond: (2 players)
MP bets $0.14, Hero calls $0.14

River: ($0.43) 7 :club: (2 players)
MP bets $0.41, Hero folds

Final Pot: $0.43
MP wins $0.41
(Rake: $0.02)

Villain 13/13 over only 33 hands.

Pre-Flop, felt comfortable flatting on the button.

Flop, sometimes I bet here given the gutshot and two overcards. But I'm still behind against a lot of his range. I think it's okay to check back here sometimes rather than betting 100% of the time?

Turn, we hit, he pots, we call. I'm not sure raising is the right move, and I don't think we can fold either. Raising wouldn't get AQ to fold, surely, and we don't want to get rid of QT.

River, he's firing big again. I don't think he does this a lot with hands we beat. It's AQ quite a lot here.

Hi Vaul,

Is there a reason for checking back that flop?

You should bet once he misses his cbet and you want to take the pot down.

As played river fold is ok.
