his line on turn looks super strong, so I folded, but I am not sure if I was too nitty here because he could get crazy because of trips? Generally, should I consider that fish overplays trips in most spots, e.g. also if flush would be possible, so that when I compare equity of a hand, I compare 89 vs e.g. KJ+, instead of vs FH+?

So, he bet/calls small on the flop then the board pairs and he overbets his full houses?

Does that make sense to you?

Of course, it should not.

A fish does not bet his strong hands like that especially after the small flop bet.

hi,

I somehow stopped thinking what does make sense for villian to play, and make my adjustments. Fish often have own funny strategies, so I am not sure if it makes sense to read what makes sense at least in average?

On one hand, he could bet small Jx and call riase, and when board pairs, he could bet so big to get calls from draws, QQ+, 2nd pairs, so imo it makes sense if he thinks that I will check back very often.
On the other hand, imo it doesnt make sense that he bluffs this way, because he showed weakness on flop, and since fish usually tend to play passive with draws, not make huge bets or raises, then I think it is rarely a draw (or bluff).
Also it doesnt make sense to play FH like this, they usually play totally passive once they hit FH (so FH makes least sense to me, Jx most sense).

1) So I conlcuded, nothing makes sense to play this way, so on what range do I put him?
2) what if turn is Tc?
