I would have only value 3bet range versus recretional type players. Though value range can be wider than usual. In flop I would probably make small cbet mostly trying to get broadway and some better Ax hands to fold. After he pot bets it folding is only option imo. We can be ahead of some overcard combinations, but those are probably still calling. Villain can also play like this with most pocket and Ax so I doubt you are in good enough shape with weak Ax. With something like AJ+ it would be better to go with line like this.
