Pre-flop is already close 4 handed to min raise OOP against the chip leader. I’m most likely folding this hand, but depends how active he defends his BB most of the time. If he folds a lot is it fine I think.

Flop is ugly. You have 9 outs to hit your flush and 2 other outs for a straight, but you’re also in a nasty ICM spot. In this case you need to hit turn or river to win the hand and that happened not enough on long run to make a call against the chip leader profitable. That’s why I’m folding on the flop.

This looks a tough spot. I think it is a fold following the all-in as you don't have odds to call for your flush. I understand you were making a move from the SB. I am not very experienced, and I think I might also do this with only 4 players, but is this move optimal? Call would lose the fold equity, but how about just folding preflop?

Also why not check the flop? C betting looks either like a bluff or a flush or str8 draw. Either way, the all in from villain seems good.

Edit: hero and villain stats would be good.

If you don't want to let your opponents be the one going all-in and having a difficult decision to make, you should consider XR AI or just shoving directly. He would be the one with the difficult decision.
If he's a good reg and thinks you understand ICM, it's going to be a hassle for you to play if you let him the chance to put ICM pressure on you. Shoving preflop could be EV+ as well.
