Try and reinstall again.
After you unistalled
Go to START then SEARCH and put 888poker and search ALL FILES AND FOLDERS. Delete anything that you find.
Then search again for PACIFIC POKER and do the same.
After that's finished you MUST restart your computer BEFORE trying to reinstall.
Make sure you save any notes you want to keep before attempting this.

I have completed all of the above and afraid i still receive the message that the server is down. as i said i can use the room as normal but can not see tickets or messages
I will send this over for you ok but first I need your poker user name.

hi. i have similar problem. i can't see my account. when i click on my account window opens but page does not load. i tried reinstalling it didn't help.

The tech guys are working on this issue and it will hopefully be resolved soon for you guys.
