Lol i missed the one from last week. But they canceled the last one in january before, and they just credited people according to their current poisition when the cancel happened. Netbet also gave my ticket back when i malied them, so i recommend mailing 365 support 
Yes i did it and they gave me /all i guess another token and rescheduled the tournement for tomorow .
