I think that without further reads, it's much better to fold river. You have monster fold equity on the flop and if villain decides to c/c, he is either on Ax or Jx. And I don't think he turns his 9x into bluffs often enough. I think he's much more likely to just c/c river with those given our line.

FWIW, I think you can also consider c/b on the flop and for sure! reducing your cbet sizing. For one thing, we don't gain more fold equity by making it bigger, since villain is c/f worse and we valuetown ourselves when he check/calls. Here I would suggest either a small cbet to a c/b. I would prefer a c/b since our Tens are strong are unlikely to be counterfeit by the turn/river.

I think you played it very well until river call.

On flop, I'm C-betting about 100, and checking it down from there.

I`m going for details here but we don`t need to bet more than half pot max. on flop. My std would be 90. My first thought was also to chback flop. As played river makes it more unlikely he got Ax but we still beat only 9x and don`t think either that villain would turn it to a bluff too often.

Also, in our hand-we should consider how giving away a free equity could impact our decision. F.e. if we had 55 here, villain has many overcards to our 55 that he can hit on turn/river and devalue our pair. On the other side, we have monster fold equity on the flop, so I would usually prefer to cbet small as opposed to c/b. With TT however, this problem is not nearly as big, because we have a very strong high-mid pair.
