I tried to defend with ATo against a BU raiser, hit my pair of aces but he calls ... what to do on turn?

You have to bet.
He might be on a flush draw.

If he raises you tough decision, you might be behind.
If he calls you its good.

When you get to the river and flush draw is not complete, check.
There is no point in betting anymore since he will just fold if he was on a flush draw.

Its better to call his bet, if he bets, on the river since he might be trying to bluff out of the busted flush draw.

By the way.. why are you 3-betting A 10o from the BB anyways?
The hand doesn't play to well from that position.

I think play is here c/rai.
It is not that likely that he holds AK and you´re beat by AQ/AJ.
Not sure he´d fold these hands.
if you shove turn, but likely he´d take shot with flushdraw. So
since you have tp in 3-bet pot I would probably play it for stacks.
Other option would be c/f turn, and put him AJ+ better hand.
