Never sure about these spots. At least he looked quite loose.

I think we are a bit too deep for a shove and a bit to shallow for a 3bet/fold. You could flat IP, however due to the awkwardness of your stack, I would rather try to stay around the 15BB to preserve my fold equity on future spots.
