Who is MP? BU's sqz range and our play depends on MP.

The more I think about the hand the less I'm sure about it.
After MP's fold I don't think you have to push it. There is still space for 4bet. If you think BB will be sqz'ing here light often you can play back by light 4bets. If MP is folding to 3bet a lot (I assume that you also have a decent fold to 3Bet) then this BTN will be atacking you often. Overcall by SB looks fishy and I think it's ok for let him call your 4Bet.

I probably just flat BU's 3bet.

A lot of the time BU's value range vs nitty 12% utg range is KK+. At least it really should be. 3bet of 8.5 is usually going to be much lower vs UTG vs any player but especially vs this guy.

By jamming we just run into better hands and get him to fold his A5s type stuff. I don't think it matters that our hand is underrepped as imo he is polarized and will never call it off with his bluffs.

Since SB is in the hand I doubt BU is gonna be able to bluff easily so I'd just be planning to call 1 cbet postflop w overpair and after that be done with the hand if he jams turn.

This is MP not UTG, it changes a little. I wouldn't like to play multiway 3bet pot between unk and aggressive reg.

I have 145 hands on but he has a vpip of 27 and a PFR of 24 and a 3bet of 8.5. SB is an unknown since I only have 3 hands on him. Tought this is a pretty good sqeeuzespot for but so I don't think he only does this with value. don't know about the coldcalling of sb but I doubt this to be only premium hand. I also underrepped my hands so maybe I can even be called by worse.

^ Pretty sound reasoning to me. To elaborate:
BTN can 3bet squeeze here with plenty of worse hands - but likely only calls your 4bet with better hands. We would expect SB to 4b KK & AA.
I think it evident that folding here is our worst option (to the point of not being considered.)
In general it is fair to assume at NL10 that our opponents are going to fold too much to 4bets - enough that we might miss a lot of equity with QQ when turned into a 4bet here, and so, although it may be hard to realise the hands equity taking a flop 3ways, I think flatting is likely to yield the highest expectation.
I think that 4betting is going to be profitable also (though evidently higher variance) and I would probably revert to this if I was not confident in what to expect from my opponents post-flop / in the absence of HUD stats and reads.

@ metza: thanks for the advise :). Although him folding out all his bluffs isn't the worse thing ever imo, since there is already $ 3 in the pot to pick up. Also I taught I might get called by worse because by first calling and then shoving I think my hands looks more like a medium pair then QQ so I tought I might get called by TT,JJ too.
