I'm thinking normally when the board pairs on the river and he raises, I should just call with the nut flush.
Sometimes I will get value from worse by going allin myself, but I think mostly boats will call.
I definitely think a call on the river is +ev though.
So playing this hand again I would just call river. Thoughts?
