Can I reasonably fold this to the turn raise with no information on opponent, TT is the only possible hand that can beat me? The only reason I ask is because of the stack sizes, folding wouldn't ever cross my mind if we were single stacked.

you should raise flop bigger when deeper, since he has many nut fd in range that get good price and will call larger raise.
Overpairs will likely fold or call similarly vs both raise sizes.

turn also bet bigger, but he gets worse pot odds with draws and is OOP, so size is acceptable.

i think turn is shove very good, it is off course question if he 3bets 33, 44, but also standard would be to snap fold TT vs flop raise 3way at these positions, it looks super strong (unless you are super agro and he knows it). So i would say TT is very unlikely, and if he has TT in range, that would mean that he is not good player, and that he likely overplays all his sets, so that you have value shove on turn. With 33 and 44 I think you can fold turn, nobody bluffs in that spot.

By the way, even for 100bb deep, you can expect very similar ranges, regs will not raise turn with overpairs, so it will be mostly sets.
