Hi :)

What option is better on this flop: cbet/call or cbet/3bet ?

I think better option here is cbet/3bet/all-in flop because BB range here is really weak.
He has cold call BB vs BTN 50% (10) in his range a lot of suited conectors, brodways
flop is wet and I dont want to give him next card for free.

On the flop raise you get 29% pot odds. However, even if I give him some FD/straight combos, your equity is as following:

Board: T♠9♦K♦
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    26.78%  21.97%   4.81% { Th9h }
MP3    73.22%  68.42%   4.81% { TT-99, KTs, QJs, T9s, AdJd, AdTd, QdTd, JdTd }

So I think you can fold flop already. However, as played, I don't see why you call flop and then fold turn/river to blanks. Let's say he bluffs his entire range, then river is a snapcall:

Board: T♠9♦K♦ 8♣ 3♣
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    37.50%  33.33%   4.17% { Th9h }
MP3    62.50%  58.33%   4.17% { TT-99, KTs, QJs, T9s, AdJd, AdTd, QdTd, JdTd }

A passive guy ( AF1.4), maybe calling station ( WTSD 29) raises the flop - I think this is the key point, where you evaluate whether to fold or continue with the hand.
I would fold.
With your line, you are burning money post flop.
