I find myself getting into these spots quite often. I am new to the concept of MTT's coming over from cash.
I believe against the villains range I am around 30%. Saying this facing a small flop bet as I did here is it better to just call and,depending on good turn cards (broadways, clubs), shove turn if checked too.

Please help

Maybe next time it’s also a good idea to use a hand converter like weaktight to convert your hands on the forum. Than is your hand easier to read.

I’m most likely calling in position with AQo.
It’s a micro game and I don’t think you get folds of both opponents with a 3 bet to often.
As played I don’t like your shove on his bet. It’s not likely he will fold to often his draw and against a made hand you’re far behind. I think in this case it’s better to call and her-evaluate the turn. If he bets again you most likely need to give up the hand if you missed.
