SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has A♥ 7♣

fold, Hero raises to 3.5 BB, CO calls 3.5 BB, fold, fold, fold

Flop: (8.5 BB, 2 players) J♠ J♣ 9♦
Hero bets 4 BB, CO calls 4 BB

Turn: (16.5 BB, 2 players) Q♠
Hero checks, CO checks

River: (16.5 BB, 2 players) 3♣
Hero checks, CO checks

Hero shows A♥ 7♣ (One Pair, Jacks)
(Pre 30%, Flop 28%, Turn 20%)
CO shows 7♦ 7♠ (Two Pair, Jacks and Sevens)
(Pre 70%, Flop 72%, Turn 80%)
CO wins 16 BB

I think I should have bet here, because Q is obviously scary card for him. He called on the flop, so he could have draw, 55-88 or Even AT and Khigh(i think it's possible)

First of all you should tell us why do you open this hand from that position. I think there is nothing you can do on that board- well coordinated and hitting villains range hard.

Pretty loose opening in MP. Anyway, if you decide to cbet that flop it is a must to at least duble barrel if you want to get folds. Otherwise just check/fold and so be it.

Too loose of an open.

I dont like your sizing (3.5bb)

The cbet is too small, I would call that even with 66, 77, 88.

OTT you need to keep betting, your cbet on the flop wont make anything fold.

OTR give up.

If you decide to bet flop, you need to bet turn, otherwise just give up on the flop already.
