$330 buy-in live tournament, Starting chips $10k.

Small Blind 100, Big Blind 200, Ante 25, Full ring with 10 players

Villain is in the early position raise to $1500, UTG+1 flat calls and I am in the late position with Pocket Jacks.

The stacks size is about even, I have about $9k chips, villain has about $11k, the other guy is little less than me.

What should I do?

I have moved your hand to the tournament hand discussion board, because its fits better there.

It’s weird that the UTG player raised so big pre-flop. I expect he is a fishy player and is weird as well that UTG+1 flat here. If I was the UTG+1 player I shove/fold with 9k stack or so when someone makes a big raise like that. I expect it’s likely he’s trapping here, but you newer know without reads and tells on him.

Without info on both players I make a tight fold here.
Would be nice if a live player gives also feedback on this hand :f_cool:

Cheers,
