I have registered on a website where I have used Skrill Mastercard as a payment option. In order to verify my account at that website, I need some amounts that were charged to my card to be entered in their verification forms. The money has been deducted from my skrill balance but the actual transactions are nowhere to be found!
I have written twice to support to solve this for me, and send me the amounts so I can finish this verification process. It is quite urgent, and time sensitive. No reply at all. Not even info on received request.
