I don’t know what you mean with this kind of villains, but I expect its likely most players will call to loose on the bubble on the $3 stakes. So you can better tighten up you range a little bit and I would fold 63s against 3 short stacks.

That’s an optimistic call for sure. Even in winner take all tournaments I wouldn’t call with 65s.
At least you can make a note about it that you need to play a lot tighter against him next time.
