I think river we must fold. His 3b range ob preflop 4% - 99+,AQs+,AKo. Flop he will bet with all his range. Turn he can easily check with AA,KK,AK. And on the river his CB and agr show that he will not bet there as a bluff.
So I think fold is good there.

And why is he going to check turn with AA,KK and AK?

To induce a river bet from OP, bet which didn't come.

I'd fold the river too. He isn't bluffing there.

It's the 3bet pot. I wouldn't be very happy with calling the flop, but we have to in most cases and especially vs this flop cbet. Then I would check/fold turn/river.

I would really hate to flat any 3bet preflop out of position especially when someone with stats like that 3bets my UTG open.

Considering his low river aggr. I'm also voting for river fold.
