Bu 29/6 AF:0.6 fold to F cb:50 17h.

What do you think about my line? Sizings?

I'm not sure about flop cb without backdoor FD, because IMO he will call OTF w any two overcards , so high cards, which I can barrel OTT improves his range.

As played OTR his calling range is something like this( I assume that sets and JT raises OTT):

Board: 5♦4♠T♣ J♦ 3♠
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    46.27%  46.27%   0.00% { AJs-ATs, KJs-KTs, QTs+, 76s, 54s, Ad2d, AJo-ATo, KJo-KTo, QTo+ }
MP3    53.73%  53.73%   0.00% { Jh9h }

BTN: $20.32 (127 bb)
SB: $9.20 (57.5 bb)
BB: $53.83 (336.4 bb)
UTG: $27.37 (171.1 bb)
MP: $27.26 (170.4 bb)
Hero (CO): $32.09 (200.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J♥ 9♥
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.40, BTN calls $0.40, 2 folds

Flop: ($1.04) 5♦ 4♠ T♣ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.66, BTN calls $0.66

Turn: ($2.36) J♦ (2 players)
Hero bets $1.50, BTN calls $1.50

River: ($5.36) 3♠ (2 players)
Hero bets $2.50, BTN calls $2.50

Spoiler

Results: $10.36 pot ($0.47 rake)
Final Board: 5♦ 4♠ T♣ J♦ 3♠
BTN showed Q♠ J♠ and won $9.89 ($4.83 net)
Hero showed J♥ 9♥ and lost (-$5.06 net)

River seems more like x/f. I don't think he will ever bluff, plus the 3 hits his range better. If you bet make it 1.50 if he decides to call with some Tx.

First of all you cannot go for 3 streets of value here. The river bet is somewhat off.

I don't see much fold equity on the flop, but with backdoor and ovecard I believe it's fine. When we hit the flop, I believe it's fine to cbet. The river is really thin. We could maybe bet smaller to target 99-88 or Tx and fold if get raised. I don't mind check/folding, too.
