Hey LDMO23,
Welcome to the forums 
NetBet (as do all iPoker skins) save their HHs in .xml format which is not easy to extract hands from without the use of tracking software. I tried to do it once upon a time, got extremely frustrated and took up the 30 day trial on HM2 instead.

Hopefully one of our very clever members has a nice and easy process for extracting hands without a tracker.
