you're playing OOP,this is major disadvantage to you so 3bet preflop imho is better than call JJ for set value.When call with JJ ,you can't be so sure that you're not dominated by other overpair.I'd overcall with JJ only an extremely tight opp like 9/4-5.
On flop you can donkbet/b/b if you say opp is passive but be pretty sure that he is capable call 88,99,TT,overcards,flush draw(like calling station).Such aggressive betting can do good job for him if he holding overpair ,set.Pot control on turn is medium way for that.If opp is aggressive ,consider to c/r him on flop.
Bet sizing for value is 2/3+pot size on flop,1/2 +turn,the rest on river.Against cautious opp 2/3+ flop as usual cbet,other should be smaller to in this case you have various draws on board,think about protection.

So basicly it would be better to 3bet him PF so I could get more information about opps holdings and because I'm oop, tnx for the advice.

I would 3-bet pf and call shove.
Postflop is fine if your intention is to b/c.
