2-nd question as well, if I already had a account but had not got the 50 bonus starting capital on partypoker and did second account (the only one I use now, don't know others password) according to the site do I still receive the 50 starting capital.

I know this doesn't answer your question, but having 2 accounts might get you into trouble because it's against their Terms of Use. You should send them an email to get your 1st account cancelled.
