He later told me he had just 10 pair... maybe I am overestimating my opponents.

I play on GGpoker even though it says Pokerstars. None of my hand histories will have villain stats.

I think maybe you're getting overly cautious since you've suffered some bad luck with overpairs

Note: I don't play SH regularly.

I would actually 3bet squeeze JJ here preflop to get more information about UTG's hand (I wouldn't be so much worried about CO). As it is on the flop you have no idea wheither UTG has a bigger overpair or maybe AT (he would probably play them the same way). When CO goes all in over the top like that I think it's definately OK to fold JJ, without any stats or reads that he does this with TP. It certainly looks like a set to me.

6-handed I think you can 3-bet pf and getting it all-in pf.
Don´t like your lead out/fold on the flop, wither c/rai or c/f or b/c but b/f is not that good line.
