NLH 2 rooms not being created

Hi,

This weekend, it does not seem that new rooms are being created on the $0.01/$0.02 limits. As I look now, there is a total of 11 rooms open at peak time, with each open room having at least 4 people waiitng.

Anyone else seeing this issue?
