The oponent is a fish, a bit of agressive postflop. His range of CC is big. What line you prefer?
Bet/Fold or check/call to induce some bluffs?

Preflop: Hero is CO with A 9
Hero raises, BTN calls, 2 folds

Flop: (5.5 SB) J A T (2 players)
Hero bets, BTN calls

Turn: (3.7 BB) Q (2 players)
Hero bets, BTN raises, Hero folds

Results: 5.8 BB pot (0.3 BB rake)
Final Board: J A T Q
Hero mucked A 9 and lost (-2.5 BB net)
BTN mucked and won 5.5 BB (3 BB net)

This is not a bet on turn because we are solidly behind his range. Another reason to check-call is that this type of fish (cold-calling and floating) are likely to fire 100% of their range (that includes bluffs) if you check.

Actually, already on the flop you could consider check-calling. 100% c-bet is too much and this is an ideal candidate for putting some sort of strength in the non-cbet range vs this opponent. Don't worry too much about free cards (he'll bet it for you).

Assuming that he not raising bluff never, and pay me worse hand form this fish Ax, Qx, Jx it´s recomendable bet then? or still better x/c to induce bluffs?

I agree with Yohan if you want to take an original line, this is the best spot for x/c flop, turn, probably river too.
Taking a 100% flop cbet though, I agree with you that b/F is a bit superior to x/c, especially on lower limits.
