My stack: $5 BB: $5,57
I won the pot and get only $9,36
and BB get an extra $0,57
I contacted netbet support and they answer were:

Please be informed that it was not a mistake on the system.
In fact, even if you had won the hand, you would not have been able to take all the money from the pot, as your bet was smaller than the other player's bet.
This means that you could not cover the player's last bet.
