He is limp / calling. I think he could have everything here - sets, 2 weaker pairs, straight. Maybe some AJ.

I think slowplayed AK here (fish), A9, A6 very often. Call.

I would bet/fold the turn, but maybe I'm too tight. I believe that if he didn't raise TP on the flop, he wouldn't do it on the turn, eighter. So, I think he mostly has two pairs+.

Th elimp/call is really bad playing from villain.In this board he could have anything.Many donk limp pre with Low pair,but he's min-raise on the turn always showing Nuts.Fold is good way here.

Losing 150bb with 2 pair is a bit steep. His most likely hand is 66, but he could of course have worse. I am folding though w/o further info. By the way, if he really is a fish, then just calling preflop and playing a small pot isn't bad. You have no FE (he can pay any 2 that deep, and he has position) .
