I’m not sure from with country you come from, but I’m sure you can’t play on the pokerstars.fr client if your from Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, United Kingdom, Spain or Italy.

Hopefully this helped you already, but if not don’t hesitate to ask it.

Thanks for the reply. I'm from Slovakia and I have an account on fr but I can not open the page fr. recently switched to the EU.

In that case you can always mail support@pokerstars.fr if you want to be sure why you can’t play on Pokerstars.fr any more, because I think you could still play there if you play normal on the .eu client.

I can play but web page cant open and download client on new PC

So it's really just the PokerStars.fr website that's not working for you? You could try to download the PokerStars.fr client through our download guide here:

Please let us know if it works this way. If not, we'll see if we can find a different solution for you

You may have to contact Pokerstar support at support@pokerstars.eu . Someone else has mentioned that there is redirect problems which appear to be coming from Stars end.

Problem solved. They send me a link for downloading client FR

The issue occasionnally occurs when some .EU players try to download the .FR client. We hope we can fix this in the near future.
