His stats looks fishy, but have no clue what kind of sample this is.
I would shove here as well if you have seen him limp fold earlier with a small stack like that.

Otherwise is checking better I think, because you want some fold equity against him with a hand like K9s and if you don’t have that I wouldn’t gamble here.
