I would Cbet normal max 2/3 pot on the flop on a board like this, but if you think you have a kind of read he’s a calling station than it’s fine with me.

Turn is funky that’s he min betting. It looks like he wants a cheap river card and A didn’t hit is range to often. I think a raise for value is here a good option and also you protect your hand against draws.

As played you could consider a thin value bet against him, because I don’t think he played a better hand on turn and river so weak.

Haha, the famous fish mini bet, it either means they have a weak hand or a draw of some type. I put him on K10 Q10 J10 or draw with his minibet on the A turn. It's tough to decide what line to take without a read. I lean very slightly to agree with SDK, a reraise to his mini bet was the slightly better option. Even with the A scare card on the turn you weren't sure to be getting the fish off his x10 hand with a strong reraise to his minibet, some fish will not fold, others will autofold, really hard to say any of the two is the best option without a read on villain.
