I would just fold. He pots is into 3 people, where 2 of those have cold called 3bet. If he is a thinking player he should have a lot of nut potential. So Ass is definitely in his range. Most likely AssT9 or some kind of set+nfd.

Against AssT9 you are 42% underdog. And as that is the bottom of his range I think it's a clear fold as there are still 2 people behind you to act.

If the pot was HU, it's closer. Then you need to think why would he donk? Any stats, reads and notes can help you here. You are never crushing his range (even against Jxxx you have just 57%) but if his donking range is capped below monsters and sets, you have often decent equity. You would need 45% equity to stack off, and against weaker donking range you have it.

What is a safe turn? 80% of the turns either complete a draw or puts A or K to the board. SPR would be 0,5 so you need 25% equity to call. You might end up making bad folds if you talk yourself to fold on some of the turns when he shoves. Like if the turn is 2s and opponent shoves, he might have just J8 and shoves as SPR is so low (as he doesn't know what to do). He might decide on the flop to shove any turn to make his life easier. On 2s turn, if opponent has J8xx you have 30% equity. Just get it in when it is +EV against his range.
